Brian M. Harrison

Brian M. Harrison is a Partner at Inlet Road Capital Management. Previously, he was a Principal with Pouschine Cook, a middle-market private equity firm focused on healthcare services and differentiated B2B businesses in the lower middle market. Prior to Pouschine Cook, he was a Vice President at Altpoint, where his work focused on business services and telecom infrastructure across sectors including digital infrastructure, animal health, specialty distribution, cellular towers, and payment processing. Earlier, he was an Associate in Macquarie’s Industrials & Infrastructure group, working on acquisitions, development, and financings for internally managed funds. He began his career at Brown Brothers Harriman’s Merchant Banking Group.

He holds a B.S. from the Vanderbilt School of Engineering.

Robert L. Jenkins

Robert L. Jenkins is a Partner at Inlet Road Capital Management. He served as Managing Director and Director at Pouschine Cook from 1999. He has extensive experience working with founder- and family-owned businesses across governance, strategic planning, human capital development, operational improvements, systems upgrades, and financial oversight. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President at S.N. Phelps & Co. and a Principal at Head & Company LLC, an insurance-industry private equity firm, for eight years. He began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick as a Senior Auditor in Financial Services in New York City.

He graduated cum laude from Middlebury College with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and earned his degree from the NYU Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
